Sepukralkultur?

The Museum for Sepulchral Culture is dedicated to the issues of
dying, death, burial, mourning and remembrance.

Jetzt läuft eine Ausstellung über ein schwieriges Thema: Selbstmord.
Aber gut gemacht.

The aims of the special exhibition are clear and urgent:
the exhibition serves to de-taboo and destigmatise suicide and
the experiences and circumstances that trigger it.

Suicide and suicidality are common, but kept silent and stigmatized
topics in society. The exhibition presents information, suggestions,
challenges and opportunities that reflect a social and personal approach
to suicide. With a view to the history of art and culture, humanities and
social sciences, and medicine, but above all to the here and now, our
goal is to promote public communication on suicide.

One of the plates showing the suicide statistics in Europe.
Finland has lost its leading position.

Prevention -. a big theme.

Also a theme in classical art, always with snakes!
Check these pics below.

The museum is pretty big, the collection large.
See what else they show.

The Day of the Dead (Spanish: Día de Muertos or Día de los Muertos)
is a holiday celebrated on the 1st and 2nd of November.
It originated and is mostly observed in Mexico but also in other
places, especially by people of Mexican heritage elsewhere. (Wiki)

Pretty cute how the Mexicans celebrate that day.
