As this blog serves me as a diary,
here a note to myself: remember this gallery in Palma.
Hidden in the old town in Carrer puresa, 8.
This was a short visit as I missed the information
that there was a vernissage the same night starting later.
But we were let in for a quick look, before the opening.
Very friendly, indeed.
We are one of the few art galleries in all the spanish territory with our own
traditional printing Workshop. The location of Gallery, right in front our
Workshop, make this project created in 1982, a unique concept in its field.
We have stamped and edited more than 1500 artworks by more than 80 artists,
who are invited to work with traditional stamping techniques like woodcut,
engraving and lithography, under the advice of our technical team, prepared
to carry out the artist’s proposals. Being one of the few traditional stamping
studios in Spain with more of 600 lithographic stones available for contemporary
art, together with presses and machines, make even more special the 6A Workshop,
and makes possible to carry out 100% 6A productions.
The old town of Palma has amazing houses and streets.
Remember to look up.
