Venice is ALWAYS worth a trip! Even in July.
Five days, four nights, 550 Photos - shot by three persons.
I tell you, it is a-bit-difficult to pick up the right ones.

is the American author of a series of crime novels set in Venice, Italy,
featuring the fictional hero Commissario Guido Brunetti.
Her Commissario Brunetti novels all take place in or around Venice.
They are written in English and have been translated into many foreign
languages, but – at Leon's request – not into Italian.
Leon lived in Venice for over 30 years and now resides in the small
village of Val Müstair in the mountains of Grisons in Switzerland.
She also has a home in Zurich. In 2020 she became a Swiss citizen.

The PinchukArtCentre and Victor Pinchuk Foundation announce a new focus
for their official collateral event, This is Ukraine: Defending Freedom
at the Scuola Grande della Misericordia in Venice, from 23rd of April until
7th of August 2022. The exhibition, presented in partnership with the Office
of the President of Ukraine and Ministry of Culture and Information Policy
of Ukraine, champions the work of contemporary Ukrainian artists whilst also
contextualizing Ukrainian history and culture with support from international artists.
These include Marina Abramović (Serbia, 1946), Olafur Eliasson(Denmark, 1967),
JR (France, 1983), Damien Hirst (UK, 1965), Boris Mikhailov(Ukraine, 1938),
and Takashi Murakami (Japan, 1962).
And you think this is another church? Wrong.
It's a hospital. Ospedale SS. Giovanni e Paolo.
The Scuola Grande di San Marco is a building in Venice, Italy, designed
by the well-known Venetian architects Pietro Lombardo, Mauro Codussi,
and Bartolomeo Bon. It was originally the home to one of the Scuole
Grandi of Venice, or six major confraternities, but is now the city's hospital.

LEILA ALAOUI - UNSEEN STORIES
The installation by the Franco-Moroccan artist is in two parts:
Les Marocains and Crossings. The first presents a series of extremely large-scale
photographs, of great visual impact, some of which are unpublished and exhibited
at the Fondaco for the first time, on display throughout the internal courtyard
of the building. The second features a set of videos and images and will be housed
on the fourth floor.

Guys, you do not have to drag your luggage through the town,
get the porter service. Tell this to all the journalists.
