Summertime and the living is easy.

In our garden we still have loads of kale.

Finally I tried this: kale chips. Seasoned with curry.

Was quite happy how they came out.

But next time I'll add the salt after baking.

My pizza called Mallorca was very tasty, with

sobrasada, the local red sausage and Spanish cheese, too.
