In the outdoor kitchen we prepared some pancake dough.
First the eggs.
Mixed with milk.
Add the flower. And a pinch of salt.
After resting 40 minutes it was time to fry!
Cosy crêpe corner in the boathouse.
This Blässhuhn family comes for its daily visit.
Lat: fulica atra.
Finnisch für Anfänger:
NOKIKANA = Blässhuhn / Eurasian coot
NOKI = Russ / soot
KANA = Huhn / chicken
Compared to ducks or other water birds,
they do not have any swim fins.
But very elegant birds, indeed, in water.
Only swimmers on this rainy summer day were the beer bottles!
How our gardening project proceeded
will be posted next time.
